Cheryl Rosenbloom is Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Diversity Outreach for NBCUniversal’s Cable Entertainment properties which include USA, Bravo, Syfy, E!, Oxygen, Esquire Network, Sprout, Chiller, and Cloo, as well as production entities Universal Cable Productions and Wilshire Studios. She reports to Bonnie Hammer, Chairman, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment.
Rosenbloom previously served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for NBCU Cable and Distribution since July 2008. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Human Resources for NBCU’s Finance, Legal, Business Development, Digital and Corporate Communications Organizations. For three years, Rosenbloom was Director, Human Resources for WNBC, NBC’s flagship owned and operated station in New York City. Before joining WNBC, she worked in the NBC Television Stations Division where she was Director, Human Resources. In that capacity she supported the division's National Sales Organization, News Programming and IT/Digitization teams, while managing the division's Sales Associates Training Program. Rosenbloom was also the Human Resources lead on the NBC acquisition and integration of KNTV-TV, the NBC owned and operated station in San Jose, California.
Rosenbloom also held a Human Resource Manager role within NBC's IT and Quality Organizations, supporting the company's Chief Information Officer. She was promoted to that role in 2001 after serving as Manager, Human Resources for then startup CNBC.com. She joined NBC in 1998 as an associate on the GE Human Resources Leadership program. Prior to NBC, Cheryl worked as a consultant and trainer for Ernst & Young, LLP.
Rosenbloom holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
